Amazon Rufus

Create an account with Amazon Rufus and start with one clearly defined outcome rather than a broad open-ended instruction. Give the agent the context it needs and connect only the tools required for that task.

Run the workflow on a low-risk example first. Review what the agent plans to do, what information it can access, and which actions require confirmation.

Refine the instructions when results are inconsistent. For recurring work, turn successful instructions into a reusable workflow or template and keep permissions as narrow as practical.

Review important outputs before sending, publishing, purchasing, deleting, or changing production data. Check the provider's current settings for privacy, retention, and integration controls.
