By accessing or using Ploba ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, creators, and developers who access the Platform in any capacity. Use of the Platform also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Ploba is a two-sided marketplace that enables developers ("Creators") to list, distribute, and monetize AI agents, MCP servers, plugins, and datasets. End users ("Consumers") may discover, subscribe to, and integrate these tools into their own workflows.

Ploba facilitates transactions, manages subscription billing, meters API usage, and provides credit wallet infrastructure. We are not the producer of any third-party tool listed on the Platform and do not warrant the fitness of third-party listings.

To access most features, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and current.

Ploba reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are otherwise deemed to pose a risk to the Platform or its users.

Creators who wish to publish tools on Ploba must complete the onboarding flow, provide a valid organization profile, and submit listings for review. All listings are subject to our approval process and must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

Ploba charges a platform fee on all transactions processed through the Platform. The current fee schedule is available in the Creator Console. Creators are responsible for all applicable taxes on income earned through the Platform.

Creators retain ownership of their tools and intellectual property. By listing on Ploba, Creators grant Ploba a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, market, and distribute their listings in connection with the Platform.

Consumers may subscribe to tools under the pricing model defined by each Creator (flat subscription, credit pack, hybrid allowance, or free with BYOK). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All fees are charged in USD. Ploba uses third-party payment processors and does not store full payment card details. Refunds are issued at Ploba's discretion and are subject to our Refund Policy.

Credits purchased as part of a credit pack are non-transferable and expire as noted at the time of purchase. Unused credits are not refundable.

Many tools on Ploba are billed based on usage. Creators are responsible for accurately reporting metered usage via the Ploba Metering API. Ploba deducts credits from per-app wallets based on these reports.

Ploba is not responsible for inaccurate metering data submitted by Creators. Disputes regarding credit deductions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.

All content, branding, interface designs, and software comprising the Ploba platform (excluding third-party listings) are owned by Ploba and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of Ploba's proprietary materials without prior written consent.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (c) upload malicious code, viruses, or destructive content; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) scrape or harvest data from the Platform without permission; or (f) interfere with the security or performance of the Platform.

Many tools available on Ploba are created and operated by independent third-party creators, and some are sourced from public repositories and the broader AI ecosystem. Ploba is a distribution platform — we are not the developer or operator of these tools and do not control their underlying logic, model behaviour, or outputs.

Third-party tools are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. Ploba makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose of any third-party listing. Users should independently verify any AI-generated output before relying on it, particularly in professional, medical, legal, or financial contexts.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Ploba DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Ploba'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO Ploba IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration.

Ploba may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
