Ploba hosts tools published by independent creators ("Third-Party Providers"). Some tools are also sourced and aggregated from public repositories, open-source projects, and the broader AI ecosystem, and listed on the platform for discoverability and convenience.

In all such cases, Ploba acts solely as a distribution channel. We are not the developer, owner, or operator of these tools, and we do not control their underlying logic, model behaviour, training data, or outputs.

Ploba makes no representations or warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the accuracy, reliability, safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of any third-party tool listed on the platform.

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

• A tool will produce accurate, unbiased, or factually correct outputs
• A tool will behave consistently across different inputs or contexts
• A tool is free from bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended side effects
• A tool complies with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) in your jurisdiction
• A tool's outputs are suitable for professional, medical, legal, or financial decision-making

All third-party tools on Ploba are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. Outputs generated by AI tools should not be treated as professional advice of any kind. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying any output before acting on it.

Ploba expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on tool outputs in contexts requiring professional expertise, including but not limited to medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial planning, or engineering safety assessments.

Certain tools listed on Ploba are sourced from public channels, including open-source repositories, community submissions, and third-party API providers. Where tools are sourced externally, Ploba:

• Performs a baseline review for safety and accuracy of description before listing
• Does not modify the underlying tool logic or model weights
• Cannot guarantee that the third-party source has not changed since our last review
• Will delist a tool promptly upon confirmed reports of harmful or deceptive behaviour

Sourced tools are clearly attributed to their original project or provider where known. If you believe a tool has been listed without proper attribution, please contact us.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ploba shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, any third-party tool
• Any output, recommendation, or action taken based on a tool's response
• Any data loss, service interruption, or security incident caused by a third-party tool
• Any misrepresentation in a tool's listing made by its creator

This limitation applies regardless of whether Ploba was advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the form of action.

By using any tool on Ploba, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read the tool's description, capabilities, and any stated limitations
• You will exercise independent judgement before acting on any AI-generated output
• You will not use tool outputs in life-critical or high-stakes decisions without expert human review
• You will report any harmful or unexpected behaviour via our contact page

We take reports of harmful tool behaviour seriously. Upon receiving a credible report, we will:

• Acknowledge the report within 48 hours
• Investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily delist the tool pending review
• Notify affected subscribers if a safety issue is confirmed
• Work with the tool's creator to remediate the issue or remove the listing permanently
