This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards of conduct for all users of Ploba, including consumers who install tools and creators who publish them. It exists to keep Ploba a safe, trustworthy, and productive platform for the AI community.

Violations of this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. In serious cases, we may report activity to relevant authorities.

This policy applies to:

• Creators — developers and organizations who publish tools on Ploba
• Consumers — users who subscribe to and use tools listed on the platform
• Visitors — anyone who accesses the Ploba website

The following types of tools and use cases are permitted on Ploba:

• AI agents that automate productive, legal workflows
• MCP servers that expose read/write capabilities via the MCP protocol
• Productivity tools, code generators, data analysis tools
• Creative tools (writing assistants, image generators via approved APIs)
• Business automation and integration tools
• Open-source tools republished with appropriate licensing
• Dataset tools that process only data the user explicitly provides

The following are strictly prohibited on Ploba:

• Tools designed to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive material
• Tools that harvest, scrape, or exfiltrate user data without consent
• Malware, spyware, ransomware, or any code with malicious intent
• Tools that bypass or circumvent platform security measures
• Weapons, illegal substances, or content that facilitates illegal activity
• Adult or sexually explicit content of any kind
• Tools that impersonate real people or organizations
• Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence
• Tools that violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Cryptocurrency mining tools or unauthorized resource consumption

Creators are solely responsible for the tools they publish, including their functionality, accuracy, legal compliance, and security posture. Creators must:

• Accurately describe their tool's capabilities and limitations
• Maintain a valid support email and respond to user issues within a reasonable timeframe
• Report metered usage accurately via the Metering API
• Notify Ploba of any security vulnerabilities discovered in their tool
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and export control regulations
• Not use the Ploba Metering API to over-report usage or manipulate billing

Consumers must use tools only for lawful purposes and in accordance with each tool's stated terms. Consumers must not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or circumvent any tool's rate limits, licensing, or metering mechanisms.

Ploba reviews all listings before approval. We also conduct ongoing monitoring and accept reports from the community. Upon finding a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

• Issue a warning and require immediate remediation
• Remove or delist the offending content
• Suspend the account temporarily
• Permanently terminate the account and withhold pending payouts
• Report activity to law enforcement where required

We may update this AUP as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
