Give the agent the intended audience, required format, important constraints, and examples when you have them. Review its proposed approach and steer the task when a choice affects the result. For a spreadsheet or presentation, request the actual file rather than only a written outline. Inspect the completed material and ask for revisions where calculations, layout, or wording need attention. Approve actions that require your permission before the agent changes connected content. Check your account’s current usage allowance, since longer tasks and selected models can use more of the plan’s capacity.
