Open Continue from its official website or supported app store and create an account if required. Start with the core workflow you want to complete rather than enabling every feature at once.

Provide the relevant context, files, preferences, or examples the product requests. If AI generation is involved, make the first instruction specific and iterate on the result instead of expecting a perfect first output.

Save reusable templates, settings, or projects once you find a workflow that works well. Connect third-party services only when they materially improve the task and review the permissions requested.

Before using the result in important work, verify factual claims, exported files, calculations, or automated actions. Refer to the provider's help center for current feature and account instructions.
