Use the Fish Audio web product for interactive generation or create developer credentials for API access. Select or create a voice that you are permitted to use, then test a short passage containing the language, names, and punctuation patterns expected in your application. For API integrations, stream or retrieve audio according to the current documentation and keep secret keys off the client. Evaluate pronunciation and consistency before generating large batches. Voice cloning should only be performed with appropriate consent and rights to the source recordings.

For a first evaluation, keep the scope small enough that you can compare the AI-assisted result with a known baseline. Record the configuration, model or workflow choices that produced the result so successful tests can be reproduced. If the product connects to external systems or private data, grant the minimum permissions required and review the provider's current security and data-handling documentation before expanding access.
