Create a Rime account and API credential, then follow the current quickstart to synthesize a short sample. Choose a voice that fits the product and test common domain vocabulary before integrating it into a live agent. For real-time experiences, use the streaming options recommended by Rime and measure latency under realistic network conditions. Keep keys on trusted backend infrastructure, implement sensible timeouts, and log failures without storing sensitive spoken content unnecessarily. Re-test pronunciation when your application expands into new names, languages, or specialist terminology.

For a first evaluation, keep the scope small enough that you can compare the AI-assisted result with a known baseline. Record the configuration, model or workflow choices that produced the result so successful tests can be reproduced. If the product connects to external systems or private data, grant the minimum permissions required and review the provider's current security and data-handling documentation before expanding access.
