Clockwise

Choose one bounded workflow for Clockwise that matches its primary job: AI scheduling assistant that optimizes calendars, protects focus time, resolves meeting conflicts, and coordinates team schedules. Connect only the accounts, data, and tools required for that workflow, and define what the system may do automatically versus what needs approval.

Run the workflow on a small real case and review each action, assumption, and handoff. Correct missing context and permission problems before allowing the agent to handle larger volumes or more consequential actions.

Keep a human review step for content that will be published or for actions involving money, customers, health, legal obligations, security, or physical operations. Use the product's permission, sharing, and privacy controls before introducing confidential data.

Once the workflow is reliable, save reusable templates, presets, prompts, brand settings, or integrations where available. Re-test after major model or product updates because AI behavior, limits, and output quality can change.
