Use Nabla only within the healthcare organization's approved clinical workflow and confirm that required patient notice or consent procedures are followed. Start the assistant for an encounter and conduct the consultation normally rather than dictating specifically for the AI. Afterward, review the generated note against what actually occurred, correct omissions or inaccuracies, and ensure diagnoses, medications, and plans reflect the clinician's judgment. Do not sign or submit documentation without review. Follow organizational rules for protected health information, retention, and integration with the medical record.

For a first evaluation, keep the scope small enough that you can compare the AI-assisted result with a known baseline. Record the configuration, model or workflow choices that produced the result so successful tests can be reproduced. If the product connects to external systems or private data, grant the minimum permissions required and review the provider's current security and data-handling documentation before expanding access.
